If you want your vehicle trashed use Dash and JAT Motors LLC. I was quoted a price for transporting my car on January 15. On Jan. 15 I paid a $179.00 deposit to Dash and was told I was to pay the transporter $620.00 upon delivery. Then I received a phone call from George Bulvas saying he had a truck ready to pick it up if I paid $70.00 more. I agreed to this amount.
When the car arrived at 6:00 A.M. in the dark and in the rain on January 17, the drivers wanted $690.00 cash before they would unload the car. I paid them and discovered they had let all the air out of the tires, supposedly because my car "was too tall". They couldn't get the tires to air up. I noticed that the left tail light was broken. I questioned this and they said it probably fell off somewhere along the road. I had no choice but to get them to unload the car. They were having troouble getting it off the transport so I told them to straighten the wheels. They said "this car won't steer" because of the steering linkage being broken under the car. How did they get it loaded it they couldn't steer it? They asked if I would tie the car to my van with a rope so they could pull the truck out from under it. I did so and we finally got it off after about an hour. The rope broke and they told me "I broke your tail light and steering and you broke my rope so we're even". They drove off leaving the car sitting at an angle cross ways in the middle of the street with flat tires and no way to steer it.
I came in the house and called Geroge Bulvas and was informed that he no longer worked for Dash. After over a dozen phone calls to both Steven Knapp and Mandy we got no response. Is this their 100% money back satisfaction guarantee?
If you don't want to be unhappy don't do business with these scam artists.

This vehicle was purchased by our customer sight unseen, so he didn't know that the vehicle was a non op and that the steering linkage had already been broken before we picked up the vehicle. The person that sold him the car lied about the state of the vehicle and then in turn tried to blame us for the damage. Needless to say we still tried to process the claim through the insurance but they would cover it based on the fact the the Bill Of Lading was notated with the damage prior to drop off. We did still refund the deposit of $179 to the customer for the inconviencence.
