Fred @DASH had very good customer service skills. The bad experiencie was with ECETERA GLOBAL LLC auto carrier.
We were expecting the van to arrive on Thursday ,March 20. I called the carrier on that day and he told me that it had been a delay due the bad weather. He told me that he was going to deliver the van Friday, March 21 or Saturday, May 22. He called us Friday to give us the 24 hours notice. That was the only time that he called. We called him again on Saturday and he said that he had another delay and he it was not going to be able to deliver it until Easter Sunday , but he was not sure at what time. On Sunday I had to call him again around 4:00pm. He said that he was trying to get a wreck to deliver the truck. Later on he called that he was lost so we had to travel 8 miles and pick up the van Even though We've paid door to door service. We did not see any wreck and our van was still on the big truck when we arrived. Also he did not notice that the van had two very noticeable dents when he picked it up. These dents did not showed on the pictures in the internet when we buy this van. We did not celebrate Easter because we were waiting from Thursday, March 20 through Sunday, March 23 in the evening. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ETCETERA GLOBAL, LLC
