William was kind and helpful, but, when the driver kept pushing back the pick-up time, William did not follow through. When I was presented with an opportunity to utilize a different carrier, both William Blair and Matt Santinello promised me a refund. Once my car was on another carrier, the refund was denied. Bald faced liars. Legal action moving forward. Do NOT trust these guys.
