Overall experience was very good. The pickup was one day later than the expected pickup date (Monday was the expected date). I did not hear from the driver until late on the day of the expected pickup. He was running a day late so we arranged to pick up the car the next day (Tuesday). He arrived right when he said he would and was very professional and articulate about how the remainder of the process would work. His cab was pretty new and the trailer was in good shape. He loaded the car onto the carrier and said he expected to deliver on Saturday or Sunday (in contrast to the original estimate of Monday).

Delivery was very efficient. He called Friday to say he should be there early the next morning. We set the pickup location (a local mall - my street is very narrow) and he called the next morning right on time saying he was at the mall. By the time I got there the car was off the truck. The car was totally undamaged, I gave him his money and away he and I went. Very easy and smooth experience.
