I would consider using DAS in the future. Since my car came in two days early (truly appreciated) I probably would not purchase the "expedite delivery" option in the future.

DAS customer service rep. who I worked with was very knowledgable and made me feel at ease about shipping my car to the west coast. where as, the Fresno CSR did not impress me whatsoever with her lack of CS skills.

A simple "Welcome to Fresno!" would have been nice. I assume that many customers are probably new to the area, I would suggest a complimentary map or area guide of the vacinity would be nice and show that extra care to make the customer feel "at home" in a new environment.
