Dependable ripped the driver's side mirror off the door and completely lost the spoiler from our car. Getting them to acknowledge that the car wasn't like that when they picked it up was a huge hassle. Then, getting a check was even more of a Hurculean task. I was on hold for very, very, very long times. I would never use them again and would not recommend them to anyone.
