Promise 2 week delivery, car has not even been loaded...It's the 13th day

What a nightmare DAS is. I booked them to move my classic car, and paid them the same day by CC about $1,220.00 The person I bought the car from even dropped the car off at their terminal to help me out. The Car was dropped off at their terminal and has been sitting there for 13 days so far, and has not even been loaded onto a truck yet. Another note: When you try to book the move, you will get someone on the phone in a minute or two. After you pay and book your move, good luck getting someone on the phone to check status.You will be on hold forever. Also they have a web site that allows you to put in a tracking number to check the status of your move. I will save you a lot of time by telling you what it will say:

for the 1st week it will say: At origin
then 2nd week it will say: To be loaded

Don't bother wasting your time checking that web site.....(It NEVER changes).
If you don't like being in the dark, DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!
