The company does not give out accurate information. DAS did not share that it uses other companies on either end of your move to get your car from/to you. Therefore there is limited information DAS can give about when you will get your car. DAS response "Well, your car has been delivered to the terminal company, and we have no control over when they will have your car available. You should call them." I didn't contract with them, I contracted with DAS.

The car was delivered with a cracked windshield. DAS refused to pay for it. They said the windshield was "pitted", and that's why it cracked. They refused to consider that the person who picked it up had circled then entire windshield as pitted, and since I signed the (illegible) paperwork, I acknowledged that it was pitted. They kept this point of view even after looking at the photos that showed the cracked windshield but no other "pitting" was visible.

The car didn't arrive remotely on schedule. While I did not get the guaranteed delivery option, the guy who handled my order said that the car would be in California by the 28th (after being picked up on the 12th), but would probably be earlier. It wasn't even loaded on a truck until the 26th. Again, they accept no responsibility - if you want guaranteed delivery, you need to buy that option. The fact that they never apprised you that that was an option and that they told you the car would be there by a certain date is apparently the customer's tough luck.
