NON-PAYMENT to their Transporters - DEFINITE FINICIAL TROUBLES!!

We are an auto transporter who contracts with DAS to move their vehicles....vehicles in which they book the sales of the orders with their clients......therefore, DAS is the broker, and we are the actual transporter of the vehicles. We have 3 separate orders that we transported for them in April 2016, and we are still awaiting payment as of 6/21/16. One of the orders is approaching 90 days LATE on payment, and the other 2 orders are at 60 days LATE on payment. We have made COUNTLESS phone calls and we have left COUNTLESS voice mails for the Accounts Payable department over the past 60 days, and we have yet to receive the first call back from them. I have gone through their entire phone directory, and I have spoken with every single live person I can get to answer the phone - no matter what department the are in. Each time I get anyone on the phone from any of these various departments, I explain to them that I have been desperately trying to reach ANYONE in Accounts Payable for over 2 months now, and for 2 months straight I have been unable to make contact with any person in Accounts Payable - or at least who will admit to be in Accounts Payable. I have actually pleaded with these people to please help to connect me with a live person in Accounts Payable.....I have repeatedly asked to speak with ANY manager within the company, and each time I have been denied. I have left over 20 voice mails for the Accounts Payable department alone, and this week I have begun leaving voice messages for various other departments, in hopes that someone, anyone will contact me. We are a small, family company, with 1 truck/1 driver.....we're just trying to get paid. After reading so many of the negative reviews on here for DAS, it definitely appears that they are in extreme financial trouble. Based on the NUMEROUS, CURRENT/RECENT, NEGATIVE reviews, not only are they not paying their transporters like us, but they are not paying their customers damage claims and negotiated refunds......this is BAD NEWS for all of us out there who they owe money to. Good luck to all of you others out there trying to collect from DAS. As for anyone who is considering using DAS to ship their vehicles for them, or for other transporters who are considering brokering transport orders from DAS - DON"T DO IT! Stay away - it looks as if we all may never get paid - both customers and transporters.
