We were waiting for a month for our car to be shipped....Nobody picked up the phone, if they did after asking them to give us an update on our car they kept us on hold for half an hour or just hung up on us...Bernie 3105252259 who was our initial contact person after arranging the shippment never, NEVER answered on his phone again...we left more than 20 voice mails but he never come back to us....Tom with United Van Lines reffered them to us...After a month of waiting we picked up our car and shipped them with another company...
