My agent inquired me about my mustang coupe & that it could take days to have it dispached.They dispacthed it to some a driver (tom) but he never arrived. the next morning i call my agent and tell them whats happening with my car and when is it going to picked up?? there was a sense of urgency to have this car picked up because on that same day i was flying into NEW YORK. That very same morning, my agent tells me the first carrier cancled and that i have a back up(diesel auto express).5 minutes later i recieved a call from paul the dipatch who promised me that the car will be picked up in 2 hours?? SAYY WATT?? 2 hours later the driver was at my door & set the car one his trailer....4.5 days the same driver on the same truck delivers right to my door. i gotta say diesel saved my butt big time!! and thanks to them i didnt have to get a rental car. so instead i gave a $100 on top.Thanks to paul and the driver.You guys are awesome. i will definatly look no further and reccommend you to everyone!!!!
