I've never dealt with a more unprofessional service in my life. I was cursed at when I asked the company to delivery what I was promised as I was told it would be delivered on a specific date and was told in response: "You were a pain in the ass when we picked up the vehicle, and your a fucking pain in the ass now, if you get your a car a week from now I couldn't care less. What are you going to do sue me?" As a result of this I had to find someone to drive me to pick up my car at my own expense more than an hour away from my location.

john (954-321-3404 Ext 101) john@directconnectaut.com. Ashley, Sorry we were unble to please you on your move. Our driver driver did deliver your car within 5 days from picking up in Florida. This was a Coast to Coast move that normally would take 7 to 10 days like we state on your contract. Direct Connect Auto transport is deeply sorry that Ken was not as professional as he was trained to be. HR has taken further steps to make sure this never happens again. We appreciate you re-booking your order with us to bring your car back to Florida. Im glad we were able to assist you and re-gain your trust.
