When we were looking to transport our lincoln to fort lauderdale,fl. we had no idea what a complicated process it was. then we called Direct connect and their agent J.R. was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the concerns we had, he took the time to answer all the questions we had with expertise.As well as the other people in their office gave personal attention to our request for a prompt pickup, they called us within two days of placing our order with the pickup date and were right on time as promised! Direct connect and J.R. made this part of our move stress free and we will not only use them for our return trip, we are recommending the to all our friends in our building!
