I used Direct Express after another auto transport company failed to deliver my car as promised, and I was stuck across the country waiting for my car to leave Virginia. I was very impressed with their communication, honesty about how the process works, and actuall delivery time of my car.The price was a little higher than other companies but well worth it considering what I saved in frustration and rental car fees. I chose them based on their excellent BBB rating and reviews, and would definitely recommend Direct Express to anyone moving cross-country.
