Spoke with driver at time of p/u. Was pleased with his manner and confident that car was in good hands. Don't remember exact days prior to p/u nor number of days of transport. Most concerned that car would be transported safely and arrive in same condition as p/u. This was found to be true. Also had confidence in driver's reliability and most friendly manner.
I am not sure if I gave correct price, but I felt the cost was in the acceptable range. I would certainly use Direct Express again.
