I was looking to transport my car from upstate NY to northern California over the Thanksgiving break. I looked around online and got quotes from various agents. The quote from Direct Express was at least $200 below the others. I was hesitant at first to go with them due to this, but I was satisfied once I checked their reviews. Pick-up was arranged one day after the available date, but that was fine as I was informed ahead of time. Another re-assuring fact was that the car would not wait at any terminals...it was door to door direct! My car was delivered exactly in one week. I was informed a day before delivery about the time they would be coming over. They delivered the car exactly on time... I did not even have to wait around. Of course, there was dust on the car since it was transported in an open truck but thats only understandable.... all that was needed to get my car back in shape was a good wash. I would definitely use them again, and recommend it to anyone.
