We are sorry for Dustins trouble, though he should know that our computerized efax log file reports a successful transmission of the bill of lading to the driver. Had Dustin been in contact with his designated contact in Texas, he would have known immediately that the ball had been dropped and we would have gotten another driver right away.
Fortunately this sort of event is rare, and we are glad that Dustins vehicle is arriving in Nevada in fine condition.
