I have used a few different companies for shipping vehicles in the past, but this was my first experience with Direct Express. Their price quote was the lowest of 19 companies I checked. There was another company that tied with them, but when I tried to schedule with them, they said they didn't know how they had quoted that low of a price and tried to raise it $150. I said "No thanks" and called Direct Express. They had good reviews on this site and so I decided to give them a shot. I was a little concerned since the place the car was coming from was almost literally in the middle of nowhere (over 100 miles from any town even big enough to have an airport...). I was afraid the car would sit for weeks waiting for a driver. To my surprise, it was picked up in 4 days and in my driveway 3 days after that. Not too shabby for the lowest price company. The process was painless and the car arrived in good time and in good shape. The driver knew his stuff better than some I've dealt with and the customer service from Direct Express was excellent. I would certainly recommend them and will use them in the future.
