This was my first time having a vehicle moved and the friendly, professional staff at Direct Express Auto Transport made this a pleasant, cost effective and easy evolution for me. From my first contact with the staff until the vehicle was safely delivered they kept me advised of necessary information and they were always good to their word.
The transport driver, Mr. Jim Trusler, was really super. He knew his business and carefully and professionally loaded, transported and unloaded the vehicle. He treated it like it was his own. Two days after he carefully loaded the vehicle in Eastern North Carolina he was carefully unloading it in Missouri. Impressive.
If I ever have to get a vehicle moved again I WILL call the professionals at Direct Express Auto Transport because I know they will give me the best value for my money and the have earned my trust and confidence.
