I was very satisfied with the overall service. The only problem I had was that the driver came a day early. Fortunately, I was able to use my friend's car for a day. The driver who came to pick up my car was very nice and friendly. Also, customer service at Direct Express Auto Transport was very kind and the price was VERY cheap compared to other auto transport companies. I will definitely use the service again in the future if there is any needs.
