I had gotten quotes from eight other transport companies, and after checking customer reviews on all eight, I decided to go with Direct Express Auto Transport. The call was placed on a Thursday, and the car was then picked up on the following Monday. The staff was very courteous and pleasant and extremely accessible via phone. The delivery was made in five days, and I was very happy that with such a low cost that the car was available earlier than delivery times quoted to me by the other companies. Other estimates went from 7-15 business days, and Direct Express quoted me 5-7 days. They delivered exactly as promised and far cheaper than other companies - the quotes ranged from $875 - $1700 with much longer delivery times.
All my questions were answered in a very complete manner, and the customer reps never rushed me or were impatient with me.
