We contracted with Direct Express Auto Transport just after finalizing the purchase of our car on a Thursday morning. We were skeptical of the carrier never having moved a vehicle this way before and it was an expensive german car. We also were skeptical because Auto Express was the lowest of three bids we received.
I was surprised when I received an e-mail within a couple hours of placing my order through the web site saying our order had been placed with a carrier. We really had a good feeling when we learned the carrier was based in our state only about 50 miles from us.
When we contacted the dispatcher he told us the car would be picked up that night or the next morning and delivered in a couple days. They kept in great contact and we were amazed when the car reached us at 9:00 PM the day after we placed the order. It came from over 500 miles away in about 36 hours from placing the order.
The car was in great shape, the driver was very nice and it was a great service.
