I had never shipped my car before and had no idea how it worked and what it might cost. I looked at several websites the price quotes were similar but the information was hard to understand. Direct Express had the best reviews and an "A" rating with the Better Business Bureau. The legal and insurance specifics were worded in a way that was quite clear, whew! I made my arrangements with Ashley I had a lot of questions and called back with more detailed questions and she helped me through the process. Then I Had to change my plans twice Ashley and Edith took care of me with no hitches. I was extremely happy with E Express, the carrier company assigned to ship my car. Mark was exactly on time for pick-up and delivery to the minute and Great communication. Everything went so surprisingly smoothly that I already recommended Direct Express to a friend of the family.
