Due to the Check Engine Light on my car (cylinder misfiring) and possibility of snow / ice conditions, I didn't want to drive down. Got a quote from several brokers and carriers, but this was the cheapest. For this 550 miles, I got a quote for $350 (the next closest was $420) from Direct Express. I was a bit reluctant to pay $150 up front online on their website, but when I read their BBB review, I got confidence. They said the pickup will be between 1 and 7 days. It was a pleasant surprise when the pickup was made the very next day. They kept me duly informed by sending emails when the carrier truck was assigned. Also, I got my rental car in time. I called up after 2 days to check if the car was already delivered. And, again to my surprise, they told me it was already delivered yesterday. earlier than I expected. excellent customer service... overall a very pleasing experience.
