Direct Express Auto Transport which placed my vehicle was quite good, was able to place my shipment although notified me around 4pm on the day before shipment which was a little inconvenient. Luckily the company they placed my shipment with, JL Trucking, was very flexible and was able to work with me on a time to pick up the vehicle. All in all generally a good experience.
