The carrier provided home phone, cell phone and insurance information before the vehicle was loaded onto the truck. Within seven days, our daughter's car arrived at her college in San Diego. Unharmed. I highly recommend doing your research before selecting a carrier. But to save time, select Direct Express Auto Transport.
