This is my first time to ship my car from state to state and it was simply amazing. When I asked several questions to customer service, they responded very in detail and in a very helpful way. Although there was some delay for the pickup, assigned driver called me and explained why there is some delay because of road conditions, which was totally understandable to me. Since they let me know there will be a delay in advance, I could handle my other schedule properly. In addition, despite of 2 days of delay, my car was delivered less than a week from TX to MA with very reasonable price, very good condition! Absolutely, if I need to ship my car again, I will use this company again!
