This was our second time transporting a car in 2 years. The last one was with another company that charged $1200 (twice what we paid with Direct Express), we had to bring the car about 10 miles from our house to a seedy industrial park at 10:30pm on a Sunday night. The drop off, again in California (Los Angeles) was in a horrible neighborhood, again, miles from where we needed the car, and we had to be available with zero notice, to make it to the drop off point. What a difference Direct Express was. It was HALF the cost, both the drop-off and pick-up were literally door to door in the daylight, we were given ample notice at both points. What a pleasure. I will certainly use Direct Express the next time I need auto transport, as well as recommend them to anyone I know that needs this type of service. Professional, prompt, service oriented. You guys were GREAT!!!
