They were great. I am not sure how this broker controls drivers But they certainly have control. The car was picked up, I was never informed by anyone but the seller. I called the driver to get a delivery time and no answer and his VM was full. I emailed these people and with in an HOUR. I had the driver on the phone informing me when the car woudl be delivered. Delivery was lightning fast. From UT to Erie PA- picked up friday and delivered sunday by 3 pm. I was in shock it was so fast.
So whatever controls they have in place work very well and the drivers are on a short leash it seems.... I would certainly use them again.
Dont forget to tip your driver if your car arrives as promised!
PS if you have a bad experince. Mark this page. The broker is on top of it. They send you a survey and it looks just like this one. However it is not and only after you give the first survey a good mark they turn you on to this survey and offer you a $10 rebate to complete this one... Kinda shady. explains the high ratings. So with that said and how they did this i am not so sure the accuracy of their rating.
