We recently shipped our vehicles, Accord and Audi from Minneapolis, MN to Phoenix, AZ. After shopping around for many shipment companies, I found that Direct Express offered me the best rates, I had a pleasant experience with the customer services as well. So I decided to go with Direct Auto Express. We paid $600 for Accord and $625 for Audi.
Overall my experience was pleasant and hassle free. The car was picked as promised. The driver did a good job informing us of the pick up status and drop off status. Although the car was a lil muddy by the time we took shipment, I think thats part of choosing an open carrier. Overall, I am happy with the service and cost and would definitely use them again.
