Direct Express Auto Transport performed just as promised. I was shipping my sons car from California to Ohio, where he is attending college. We were given a targeted pick up date and it was critical that this date be met. We were leaving town for vacation and wanted the car sent before we left. We had a one day window or we would have to delay the shipment much to the dismay of our son. We placed our order on Friday, a Driver was assigned for pickup on Saturday with a targeted Monday pickup. I called customer service on Monday to see when I could expect the driver, using their GPS system, customer service was able to tell me where the driver was and provided a cell number so I could communicate directly with John. John gave me his ETA, we arranged to meet at my neighborhood super market. John was on time and very careful with the loading process. He explained the journey the car was going to take and the expected ETA in Ohio. Seven days later my son called and said it's coming in this afternoon, he met the driver in a suitable parking lot and happily drove away in his car. It arrived on time and in good shape. I was extremely pleased with the communications and the professionalism of Direct Express's Team and will use them if and when my son heads back to California. Thanks for a job well done!
