I searched direct express auto through Better Business Bureau (BBB) and found that this company was legit. I then called the company to ensure the quote that was given to me online was accurate. The sale representative that I spoke to was pleasant and informative about my questions. I assume she receives these types of phone calls all the time because of how she responded. Overrall, I give this company on a scale of 1-10, a 10. My expectations were met and I even gave the driver a tip. I would use this online transportation service again and I would recommend this site to my friends and family.
