I was nervous about shipping my car cross country in the winter. Direct Auto was great and connected me with a great carrier. I called them when I was unsure or had questions and never waited on hold and was treated with top quality service. Using Direct Auto as a broker is the way to go if you want a broker that demands top quality service from it's carriers and really stands in your corner.
