picked up first day and dropped off when promised could not ask for more. The car was a little dirty because it was in an open truck, but that was our choice. the drivers picked up the car at our location so we did not need to drive and meet them,. They then dropped it off at our location so we did not need to travel to get the car. The direct express was a knowledgeable company to do business with and they picked a reputable mover. The car got across country in fast time and was delivered when originally promised.
