Patricia patiently led me through this first-time process for me, was always available to enable me and the Dealership, which had the car, to have all documents & car ready, to schedule the pick up, and most importantly, I believe actually knows whom to trust, to get the job done; i.e. without mishap, damage to the car, and to actually meet me when and where agreed. Added to this she amazingly found a Transport which delivered the car 40+ miles closer than any Transport Company proposed. Worth every penny!
