DID NOT HAVE TO WAIT BY THE PHONE...AND WAS INSTRUCTED THAT IT WAS NOT NECCESSARY TO DO SO. IN THIS DAY AND AGE, I ACTUALLY EXPECTED TO HAVE PROBLEMS, AND I HAD NOTHING BUT A PAINLESS EXPERIENCE.
