We were moving from San Diego to Atlanta and called AAA Discount Movers because one friend had a good experience with them. And since I'm writing this review, you can tell I did not have the same experience they did. To start, we booked our pickup date one full month in advance, and on the pickup date, the driver did not show up.
After several calls to Steve on the pickup day, they dispatched another shipping company but the new driver did not show up until three days later after we had already left San Diego and had to leave the car with a friend. I have another complaint about the driver and of Executive Auto Shippers, Inc when the guy did finally show up to pick up the car. Search for the review under Executive Auto Shippers, Inc.
The trucking companies have no way to keep track of drivers and their trucks and so drivers themselves will often switch pickups amongst themselves without the dispatchers knowing. This broker is more than willing to take your money but the quality of the shippers used by them is questionable. You have been warned.
