Never again will I use Dolphin Auto Transport

First of all, they made me pay my deposit through pay pal and not my credit card because they know customers will dispute the charge and credit card companies will always side with the customers. So it's harder to get back your money through pay pal. They will pretend to be friendly and reassure you that everything will be fine until you give them a deposit. Then don't expect to hear from them. On the day of the scheduled pickup they did not come to pick up my car and never even called to say they weren't coming that day. I had to call and call and they kept saying someone will call me back. The driver didn't call me until the next day and after he loaded my car onto the truck, he made me sign a paper acknowledging the price at delivery. It was $200 more than I was originally quoted and Dolphin never informed me of the price increase. At that point, my car was already on the truck and I was desperate to have it shipped so there was nothing I could do. I called them and asked why there was a price increase and I wasn't notified and they had the nerve to say the driver did notify me before he drove off and I signed the paper meaning I was aware and agreed. But that was not the price we had agreed on originally and they said every driver charges something different and that's the price that driver wanted. Such BS! I so regret not seeing these review before I got SCAMMED:(
