I was just contacted by the account executive of Domestic Auto today, and she clarified my vehicle transport situation in better detail for me. Although my car was not transported in the enclosed carrier that I paid for, the cargo company that Domestic Auto contacted is at fault for not carrying out the order in its entirety. I want to write a new review clarifying this situation, as my interactions with both the contact person and the account executive at Domestic Auto were all pleasant, as they were willing to accommodate my requests. They were prompt, knowledgeable, and practiced good customer service. They are working to help me get my refund back from the cargo company for their error.
