DOMESTIC AUTO - EXCELLENT. The TRUCK DRIVER - POOR

Domestic auto transport had excellent customer service. The only problem that I had was with the truck driver with JRT Transport. Originally my contract was to have my vehicle delivered on a certain date because I or nobody else would be there to accept the vehicle before the date given. First off the truck driver asked for extra money on the day of pick up, even though I agreed with domestic auto for a certain amount already. Next The truck driver decided to get there early and drop my vehicle off at a random location(a firestation) or a random parking lot and hand the keys over to a random person. I was certainly not having that, and contacted domestic auto transport, they eventually resolved the issue. During this whole experience, the truck driver was getting pretty much annoying, calling me and asking me where to drop the vehicle off, even though I had originally told him I and nobody else would not be able to accept the vehicle until the day that I told him. So eventually I got the vehicle on the day my contract was agreed upon. I did a quick check on my vehicle for any damage, and that is where I had messed up. Later on I found a quarter size scratch on the back of the bumper. Yes it was my fault that I didn't look the vehicle over more thoroughly, because once the vehicle is released there's nothing to be done. I really find it frustrating knowing I can't do anything about it now. But my lesson is learned now. Domestic auto transport did a great job dealing with my situation and had great customer service. As for JRT Transport, I would never use them again, and if I did I would never use that same truck driver.
