This is my first time shipping my car from Orlando, FL to Fontana, CA with Domestic Auto Transport. I have been working with Naomi, who is really nice and professional this whole trip. She answered all the questions that I had since this is my first time shipping car.I put my time avalible for pick up from Jan 6th to the 9th but we were having a hard time looking for a carrier at that area. She was helping me from many ways to get one although the carrier were asking a higher price. When I was having problem of the delayed pick up time from the carrier, Naomi would contact them right away and give me a good response. They ended up picking up my car on the 10th. I had to hand the key to a second person to release my car to the carrier. Fortunately, everything went pretty smooth. During this process, I appreciate a lot and definitely suggest her to be your car shipping agent. There was no any damage of my car and it was a really fast delivery across the country. I will choose Domestic Auto Transport again next time for their great customer service and reasonable price.
