Late pick up Late delivery

Bill Ross was great on Customer Service-however he had no control over the driver.
The driver was late in picking up the car. From the time car was picked up and delivered
to me in Texas time was 2 weeks.

Driver was sick. Then he told me his truck broke down- who really knows.???

I did get my cer with no damages but it was very late!
