The transporting of my Boat from Houston to California was a nightmare.
The Driver delayed his pickup date twice. Then when he collected the boat he demanded more money.
When the boat arrived in California both propellers were stolen and was not mentioned to anyome whethe boat was dropped off.
Having to have to make an insurance claim. Domestic transport were unable to contact the driver or have any control in getting this persons correct insurance information. In the end beyond the transport costs it cost me an $1,000 on my insurance (deductable) to replace my props.

It appears that Domestic Transport is just a middle man and does not screen it's carriers very well.

Bill Ross comes across as a very concerned and helpful person. In the end it did not help me get my deductible back.

I would not recomend their services.

naomi@domesticautotransport.com kimberly@domesticautotransport.com 360-834-6013 Phillip, It looks like this review is about the carrier. I do see in the notes that we provided all the insurance information to you as we stated we would do. We did contact the carrier, and the owner of their company actually and they told us they would be in contact with you. We have not heard from you since and that was in January. So since 2.5 months have gone by we were under the impression that the carrier did in fact take care of these because we had not heard otherwise. We are sorry this has not been resolved. We are the broker that you hired to find a carrier, that is correct, and we do everything we can to provide you with the insurance should something happen as it states in our terms. We would suggest that you have your insurance company contact the carriers insurance company to work on getting your deductible back. Unfortunately Bill would not have been able to do that as we don't work in the insurance industry. We wish you luck.
