It looks like this review is about the carrier. I do see in the notes that we provided all the insurance information to you as we stated we would do. We did contact the carrier, and the owner of their company actually and they told us they would be in contact with you. We have not heard from you since and that was in January. So since 2.5 months have gone by we were under the impression that the carrier did in fact take care of these because we had not heard otherwise. We are sorry this has not been resolved.
We are the broker that you hired to find a carrier, that is correct, and we do everything we can to provide you with the insurance should something happen as it states in our terms. We would suggest that you have your insurance company contact the carriers insurance company to work on getting your deductible back. Unfortunately Bill would not have been able to do that as we don't work in the insurance industry. We wish you luck.
