We contacted Kimberly based on their 5 star rating here a few weeks back. The entire process was clearly explained. The quote they gave us was within the ballpark of all of the other quotes that started raining after our first inquiry. We agreed on a date range for the pickup in MD and they did find a truck for us which did indeed arrive on the date scheduled with a few hours of delay (which is to be expected IMO). The people we had to deal with were very polite and they did deliver the car within the time window promised w/o any issues whatsoever. So overall we agree that this is indeed a 5 star operation.
