My transport from GA to CA went very smoothly. Everyone was very accessible and informative.
I worked with Nikki of DAT who was more than helpful. I basically called on a Thursday scheduled a Friday pickup and picked up my car the following week on a Thursday. There was a bit of confusion to begin but this was more so because the dealer was also trying to set up a transport for me.The transporter was on time and let me pick up the car a day early from a different location. Considering the time and turn around from when I made the call to when I got the car, every one was excellent and punctual. If you have a very busy schedule, it is very beneficial when you can count on someone's word of service rather than having to reset your plans for an inaccurate estimations. With that said, it was a very painless experience and I would definitely recommend.
