I had a good experience dealing with Novia from Domestic Auto Transport. She was the first one to call me early in the morning after I requested an online quote from multiple shipping companies online late the night before. I liked her promptness so I decided to have her find a carrier to ship my Land Rover Defender 90 from Massachusetts to Oregon. This was the first time I have had a vehicle shipped and I did not know how this industry works. Novia originally matched a lower quote from another company but the price was too low to attract a carrier. After a week of no success she increased the price close to the original quote and she found a carrier right away. The carrier (Motion Auto Carriers), was also nice to deal with but they almost did not pick up my vehicle because a roof rack on top made the truck too tall. Something told me to call them early in the morning the day before the scheduled pickup date and they told me they were not going to pick it up. I immediately called my pickup contact in Massachusetts to ask him to take the rack off, which he did, and I called the carrier back so they could tell the driver to still pick it up. The driver picked it up 1 day early and delivered it 4 days early. I'm amazed it only took 7 days. The vehicle arrived in good condition and the driver was very nice.
