I have never used an auto transporter before. When researching companies, Domestic Auto Transport was the only company that answered the phone in person; Tammy was the person who answered my call and she was my contact person for the whole process. The service was prompt and thorough from organizing pick up and delivery dates to calling me after delivery to check on the state of the vehicle. Any time I called with a question or to ask for an update she was available to speak with me and provided very friendly and caring service. At one point, she even put me on hold while she called the carrier on the other line to get an up to date answer. I went with this company due to the personal service I received from the first phone call and it proved to be a very good choice. In an age of a myriad of internet choices/reviews and not knowing who to trust, Tammy was very knowledgeable and honest, I highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again.
PS All other quotes came in at about the same rate when the fine print was read.
