The customer service rep Michelle Piper was very courteous, professional, caring, and cooperative. She made a number of phone calls to me both at the pick up location and the drop off location to see if I was satisfied with the service. I found her to be very helpful.

Also, the driver Gregg who picked up the vehicle in CA was very courteous, caring, conscientious, and helpful. He called me several times from the road to give me status reports. The delivery driver was also very professional.

Overall, I am very pleased with the service I got from DOMESTIC AUTO TRANSPORTS.
