I had never had a car transported before, so the entire process was foreign to me, and I was a little fearful of being ripped off. I had read of other people's bad experiences, so I wanted to choose the right company. I was also anxious about the whole timing of the pick-up and delivery, since I would be flying cross country and meeting the car on the other end. Much to my delight everything went smoothly on both ends. I especially want to thank Nikki Rigley, the agent at Domestic Auto Transport, for her professionalism, patience and follow through. She was always on top of everything and kept me informed every step of the way. The carrier that was selected to transport my car, Nationwide Auto Transport, gave me excellent service as well, and I had complete confidence in the driver, Dimitri. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company to others.
