In one word, Naomi and her team members' service was "exceptional". I did a lot of research on Auto Transport companies and I'm glad I chose Domestic Auto Transport. Naomi and her team made it a pleasurable experience. Naomi, Kim and Novia kept me apprised once a day of the status. They are professional yet personable, keeping my individual needs as their top priority. I felt like I was their number one customer. Everything was done within the window of time that Naomi promised. The pickup and delivery by Paul (the transport owner-operator, who also kept me apprised every day) was on-time and the Subaru was delivered in perfect condition. Naomi knows how to select the best independent transport companies. The price was in the middle of the quotes I received from other transport brokers, and I feel I received excellent service for what I paid. Without a doubt I will use Domestic Auto Transport again.
